Warranty provision

Quality and service are our priorities. We monitor quality closely together with our manufacturing department. Should there nevertheless still be a problem within the warranty period of 24 months, then you need to return the complete product and proof of purchase to the vendor. They will assess whether the complaint is covered by the warranty, in deliberation with us if necessary. Damage as a result of inexpert use, normal wear and tear and faults that do not significantly influence the use or value of the product are not covered by the warranty. The warranty enters into effect on the date of purchase, only applies to the first owner and is non-transferable.
